Overview
Ham Radio Study Buddy is designed as an on-device study app. No account is required. The app does not track you, serve advertising, or use third-party analytics.
Information We Collect
The app developer does not collect personal information, study activity, device identifiers, or analytics from the app. The app does not send your study data to the developer or to a server.
Local App Data
Study progress, bookmarks, completed lessons, settings, streaks, review schedules, and export files are stored locally on your device. You control exported backup files. Reset All Progress removes the app's locally stored study data.
Purchases
On iOS, premium unlocks are processed by Apple through the App Store. On Android, premium unlocks are processed by Google through Google Play Billing. The app receives only the purchase and entitlement status needed to unlock or restore Premium; the developer does not receive your payment-card or bank-account details. Apple and Google process transactions under their own privacy policies.
Sharing and Tracking
The app does not sell or share personal information and does not use data for cross-app or cross-site tracking. It includes no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics SDK.
App Store Privacy Disclosure
For the current iOS version, the appropriate App Store privacy answer is that the developer does not collect data from this app. App Store purchase processing by Apple is not developer collection when payment information is entered outside the app and is not available to the developer.
